Return and Repair Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of estate and vintage items we only accept returns within reason. We stand behind every piece we sell and professionally test the gold content and stones on every piece. All information on our antique pieces is in the descriptions and more information is always available using the chat feature on our website or through social media messaging. If for some reason you're not happy with your piece, please contact us at:  oakhillestateandvintage@gmail.com ASAP with your order number.

We will offer full refunds within reason. We will provide you a return label and you are responsible to package it with care and drop it off at your local shipping office. Please note, we are not responsible for packages we do not receive. All refund details will be sent via email automatically (and is applied to your original method of payment). Please make sure the item is packaged as carefully as it was delivered to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom sized rings, or gift cards. We do not process exchanges (simply inquire to return your unwanted piece and make a separate purchase for the new item).

PLEASE NOTE NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 21 DAYS.

REPAIRS

Repairs on estate and vintage items can be very difficult; we inspect all pieces before they are listed for their wearability and are confident with the quality of the items we sell, we will repair if need be at a case-by-case scenario. A service fee will be estimated prior to the repair being completed. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer. We do not guarantee items can always be repaired - estate and vintage items naturally have a shorter lifespan than new manufactured goods.
